Don't forget: Wear a Hat to School day is on Thursday 28th March, our last day of term. We are requesting a voluntary £1 donation to Brain Tumour Research, a charity close to our hearts, having lost staff and parents to this cancer over the last few years. Thanks for your support!

Friday 26th November

What a wonderful time we had at Knowsley Safari Park! Fortunately, the weather was with us and meant that we saw so many of the animals. The children were excited to see them all and were very well behaved throughout the day. We are very proud of them.

Back at school, we spent time grouping animals according to their diets and used the terms: herbivore, carnivore and omnivore.

We also began the construction of our birds. We look forward to adding detail to them in the weeks to come.

Next week, we will learn about St Andrew’s Day, St Andrew and more about the human and physical features of Scotland.

Our week will end with the Christmas Fair. We look forward to seeing you there.

Have a lovely weekend.

Many thanks for your continued support.

to learn, to succeed, to value one another

Our vision and values are at the core of everything we do. A value is a belief or principle that guides our thinking and behaviour. Our values underpin our teaching and learning, and provide an environment which prepares our pupils to be happy and confident and to to take an active role in their community and the wider world.

Each year group has adopted one of our Christian values: Kindness, Forgiveness, Courage, Thankfulness, Hope, Faithfulness and Respect. Our over-arching Christian Value is Love. Throughout the year children are helped to explore, have opportunities to practise and then given time to reflect on what each of our Christian values means to them.
