This week has been all about our final preperations for our production, Go for Gold. We have had props, rehearsals, technical rehearsals and a full dress rehearsal It is looking amazing. We have taken lots and lots of pictures from our dress rehearsal today but will put them on the website after Wednesday nights performance - we don't want to spoil the suprise.

Alongside this we have also written some fantastic independent pieces from the perspective of the gorilla, taking inspiration from the Anthony Browne book of the same name, conducted various investigations to sort, order and classify materials in science and finished our unit on decimals. We will be startng percentages next week.

Today you have received an email with all the final details for our performances to parents:

Wednesday 27th March 6:15

to learn, to succeed, to value one another

Our vision and values are at the core of everything we do. A value is a belief or principle that guides our thinking and behaviour. Our values underpin our teaching and learning, and provide an environment which prepares our pupils to be happy and confident and to to take an active role in their community and the wider world.

Each year group has adopted one of our Christian values: Kindness, Forgiveness, Courage, Thankfulness, Hope, Faithfulness and Respect. Our over-arching Christian Value is Love. Throughout the year children are helped to explore, have opportunities to practise and then given time to reflect on what each of our Christian values means to them.
