Our penultimate week of the half term draws to a close.
A highlight this week was getting to put faces to names at phase one of our parents evening. Good discussions were had and an air of positivity to the start of the school year was evident. Thank you parents for your promptness in your meetings.
Maths this week has seen us begin a new step in our learning with addition and subtraction taking the main stage. This will continue until the end of the half term.
Our English build up has drawn to a close which excitingly means we will be planning and creating our Pok-a-Tok instructions next week.
Dodgeball and Rugby training sessions have now concluded meaning a rather exciting inter form competition will take place next week. The children are thoroughly enthused about this prospect.
In Art, our Maya island maps are drawing to a close. The children have created some wonderful Topography using a wide range of Typography to improve their writing.
As the leaves begin to tumble almost as rapidly as the weeks fly by, we wish you a happy weekend and look forward to our final week of October's half term.
